Srikanth Singamaneni is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at WUStL. He obtained his Ph.D. in polymer materials science and engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. He received a 2011 Translational New Investigator award from Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs and a 2013 U.S. National Science Foundation CAREER Award. His research group’s interests include the design, synthesis, and self-assembly of plasmonic nanostructures for various biomedical and energy applications.
