Aaron Marks is a senior principal and emergency management subject matter expert with Dynamis, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in consequence management, capabilities-based planning and preparedness. Mr. Marks has facilitated, advised, and analyzed emergency management plans and operations at all levels of government as well as the private sector. He is a recognized authority on the application of virtual and synthetic environments to meet the unique requirements of both training and analytic games and exercises for the homeland security community. Mr. Marks holds a bachelor’s degree in
Psychology and a Master of Public Administration in Emergency Management.
