Binya Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate and a graduate research assistant in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in transportation systems modeling. She joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in August 2016. She received her Master of Science in Transportation from the University of Central Florida and Beijing Jiaotong University in 2015, and her Bachelor of Science from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2012. Ms. Zhang’s research interests focus on traffic network optimization and data analysis.
