*Upcoming Changes Due to Cloud One Migration*

On Tuesday October 29, 2024, our websites (CSIAC.org, DSIAC.org, and HDIAC.org) and member portal will be migrating to the Air Force's Cloud One enterprise system, changing our website domains to .mil and restricting access to our member portal. This change modernizes our applications and improves the requisite cybersecurity compliance measures. Users can expect intermittent downtime throughout the day.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or negative impacts these changes may have to our user community. Where possible, we have developed alternative processes to mitigate negative impacts. Our desire is to continue to offer high-quality, customer-focused service to the DoDIAC community.

Website Domain to .mil

Our websites' URLs will transfer from .org to .mil (i.e., all web page URLs will simply change from ending in .org to .dtic.mil). Visits to our .org web pages will be automatically redirected to the associated .dtic.mil web page. The new website URLs will be: CSIAC.DTIC.mil, DSIAC.DTIC.mil, and HDIAC.DTIC.mil.

User impact:  Low. Website domain changes will be transparent to users.

Member Portal Access Restricted to CAC/ECA/PIV Only

To comply with cybersecurity requirements, access to our member portal will be restricted to authentication using a CAC, ECA, or PIV only. Username and password authentication for access to the member portal will not be permitted.

User impact:  High. Users without a CAC, ECA, or PIV will not be able to access the member portal.

The member portal allows DoDIAC members to manage their account and request DoDIAC services. The following services will be impacted by smart card-only access.

Webinar Registration

  • Registration will no longer be required for access to public distribution webinar trainings. We will publish the access link to the webinar on its associated webinar webpage.
  • Registration for CUI webinar trainings will still be required but be restricted to only those with access to the member portal via CAC, ECA, or PIV authentication.

Technical Inquiry (TI) Submission

  • DoDIAC members with a CAC, ECA, or PIV wishing to take advantage of our free 4-hour TI service should submit their inquiry via the member portal.
  • DoDIAC members without a CAC, ECA, or PIV wishing to submit a TI and request our free research service should contact us via email at contact@dsiac.org. The email must include the inquirer's name, email address, organization, active government contract number (if applicable), the TI, and any additional details.

Government-Owned Model and Tool Requests

  • Requests for government-owned models and tools that we distribute on behalf of the controlling government organization can only be initiated through our member portal via CAC, ECA, or PIV authentication.
  • DoDIAC members without a CAC, ECA, or PIV who wish to request a government-owned model or tool that we distribute should have their government representative access our member portal to make the request or contact us via email at products@dsiac.org. The email must include the requester's name, email address, organization, active government contract number (if applicable), the name of the requested model, tool, or database, and any additional details.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Application Submission

  • DoDIAC members wishing to join our SME network should submit their application through the member portal via CAC, ECA, or PIV authentication.
  • DoDIAC members without a CAC, ECA, or PIV wishing to join our SME network can visit our SME page where alternative application instructions will be provided.

Email Subscriptions

  • DoDIAC members wishing to opt into any of our email subscriptions should manage their email subscriptions through the member portal via CAC, ECA, or PIV authentication.
