The U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering WMD Agency has released the 25th issue of the Countering WMD Journal.

The Countering WMD Journal is published semi-annually by the U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering WMD Agency. It furthers the education and professional development of military leaders and members of government and academia concerned with nuclear and countering WMD matters.
