Amy Bair is a trusted leader in performance psychology, advanced biofeedback, and applied psychophysiology practices. Her experience spans 25 years designing and implementing performance training programs for elite-caliber athletes, active-duty service members, and combat war veterans. Her background combines knowledge with practical application to develop comprehensive strategies associated with productive learning, performance, and achievement. She is well versed on peak performance principles, intervention techniques, and biofeedback and neuroscience technologies utilized to increase awareness and exercise control over psychophysiological responses to high-pressure situations. She is board certified in biofeedback and is a mentor for the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. Ms. Bair holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology.
