Edward Hall is program manager of West Virginia University Innovation Corporation (WVUIC). He previously served as chief operating officer of Resilient Technologies, LLC before joining WVUIC. His areas
of expertise include Department of Defense support, technology transfer and defense and energy sector
business incubation. Hall received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
