Jeffrey Burkhalter is a senior researcher and co-program manager at ERDC, researching the development of new demographic techniques for domestic and international humanitarian aid and disaster relief planning and operations, especially in urban environments (MUP and B.A., University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign). His previous research includes dynamic urban convoy routing, illicit trafficking, contingency base planning, infrastructure maintenance management, and Geographic Information Systems development.
