M. Sadeq Saleh is pursuing a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University (M.S., University of Tehran). His research centers on 3D micro-device fabrication with applications in neural engineering, energy storage, and ultralight metameterials. Saleh is a member of materials research society. His research on micro lattice batteries has received significant publicity in the academic community and the media.
