Chief Strategist, Sierra
Rob White, Ph.D., is the chief strategist for Sierra Energy, the developers of the FastOxÒ waste-to-energy gasification technology, and the executive director of the Sierra Energy Research Park. Recognized as a White House Champion of Change for Local Innovation, he is a State of California registered professional geologist, with broad experience in waste management and disposition, environmental engineering, regulatory permitting, and risk management. White is leading the build-out of the Zero Waste Innovation Park in Yolo County.
