Robert J. Hill

Robert J. Hill is a senior policy analyst for CACI International supporting the office of the U.S. Department of Defense Chief Information Officer. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 33 years of military and defense contractor experience in nuclear operations, arms control, strategic military communications, joint military operations, cybersecurity, and nuclear-related support. He has had military assignments and contractor positions in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, United States European Command, United States Cyber Command, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Headquarters Air Force Space Command, and nuclear and space operational units. He is a proud member of the final class of Cold War missileers. Mr. Hill holds an M.S. in international relations from Troy University and is a graduate of the Air War College and the Joint Forces Staff College.
