Thomas Spencer is pursuing a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering (B.S. and M.S., Georgia Institute of Technology). His research lies at the intersection of fluid dynamics, mechatronics, and biology. Spencer is a recipient of the National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program.
