Associate Professor of Psychology, Old Dominion University
Xiaoxiao Hu is an associate professor in the Psychology Department at Old Dominion University. She received her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University. Her primary research areas are affective experience and relational dynamics in the workplace. She also does research on leadership and cross-cultural comparisons between the East and the West. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Business and Psychology, and Human Performance. She currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Business and Psychology.
