Postdoctoral researcher, Northwestern University
Yihui He has been working in the field of radiation detection since 2009, and his research focuses on CdZnTe detector performance optimization and the development of novel candidates (CsPbBr3) for radiation detection at room temperature. He received his Ph.D. from Northwestern Polytechnical University (Xi’an, China). He has published more than thirty papers in peer-reviewed journals, filed seven patent applications (four granted) in the radiation detection field, and received the Hard X-Ray, Gamma-Ray, and Neutron Detector Physics Young Investigator Award at the 2018 SPIE Optics and Photonics Conference.
