The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) is seeking C-IED SMEs to be interviewed by a government researcher. The project looks to identify recent changes in the IED research and development landscape. Interviews will be conducted by the research team via Microsoft Teams, and all interview data will be deidentified and nonattributed. The research team will ask respondents to provide their impressions of which requirements reflect the most urgent needs relating to terrorist use of IEDs in the interest of U.S. homeland security.
