The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) was recently tasked with finding research efforts and technologies that can discern the primary mission and capabilities of adversarial government underground facilities. While the primary focus for this effort is to fully characterize the capabilities of a facility, any partial characterization capabilities are also of interest.
