The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) was recently tasked with finding research efforts and technologies that focus on detecting intentionally obfuscated underground weapons of mass destruction (WMD) facilities or efforts that defeat the obfuscation capabilities for those facilities. Alternatively, detection or defeat capabilities that exist for the obfuscation attempts of non-WMD-related underground facilities would also be of interest.
