Do you know of unclassified datasets related to former WMD programs such as the U.S. Biological Warfare Program?

In support of a government agency researching counterproliferation and WMD mitigation capabilities, the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) was asked if there were any unclassified datasets related to former WMD programs. To ensure their research was as complete as possible, the tasking agency requested accessible datasets that could easily integrate into their internal database. HDIAC found 64 various WMD-related programs, procurement attempts, recorded investigations into official acquisition of dual-use and fissile material, and subject matter experts supporting this effort.
