Is there any current research regarding food and water sources as a method of CBRN/weapons of mass destruction use and dissemination?

On June 23, 2021, HDIAC received a technical inquiry to research the concept of food fraud as an avenue of approach for CBRN agents.  The results would be used to inform the larger community of risks related to food and water safety. The community would include public health officials, food inspectors, and veterinarians.
