DoD IAC Research Analyst

I am delighted to be back working to advance the DoD IAC mission. I supported the HDIAC Basic Center of Operations from 2017 to 2019, where I also served as research lead on two Specialized Task Orders for the U.S. Special Operations Command and the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center. Prior to my HDIAC work, I served as a consultant and researcher in the
energy space and as a policy analyst for the National Commission on the BP Oil Spill. In my spare time, I am co-authoring an  cademic history of the offshore oil and gas program in the United States.
