The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center was recently tasked with finding SMEs willing to provide technical expertise on lithium-ion batteries to a government entity. Of particular interest are experts who can identify companies that act as sole source or single, qualified lithium-ion battery manufacturing entities distributing to U.S. Department of Defense agencies as appropriate.
