The 4th Annual U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Energy and Power Summit will focus on the technologies and policies necessary to support greater energy efficiency, resiliency, affordability, and environmental sustainability for the DoD for both fixed and mobile environments. Attendees will hear from military and U.S. government leaders about current efforts to meet the need for increased power systems in response to new, innovative, and rapidly developing military technology. In addition to requiring more power, these systems must also demonstrate greater resiliency against threats—both natural and manmade. This forum will also offer up discussions on the critical importance of having more efficient systems and installations by reducing current carbon emissions to meet the DoD’s future 21st-century energy goals.
